Travel Tour Request Form

Upcoming travel tour? Please fill out the following form carefully and completely at least two (2) weeks prior to the date promotional materials should go out and reservations will begin.

Please note that if you have stumbled upon this page by accident, this is a form for internal use by Landmark Society staff only.

Official title as it should appear on website/social media posts, check memo line, and all promotional materials
Date tour starts. If event is one-day only, put date here
Date tour ends. If event is one-day only, leave blank
Date that reservations/tickets should be made available (should be at least 2 weeks from today's date)
Date that reservations/tickets will close (put "until sell out" if there is no official end date)
Date that promotion ends (ex: free airfare if booked by a certain date). Include date and description. If there are no promos just put "N/A".
Not necessary for Mayflower
Ex: "Children aged 14-17 may attend with a parent or guardian."
If not applicable, just put "n/a"
List if there are different levels/options, and note whether or not that's the balance due or includes the deposit.
