Our Halloween-season walking tour featuring actors portraying macabre events, personalities, and places in Rochester’s history returns for its 26th year. This year there are new stories, as well as ghosts who have not appeared in the event for over 20 years!
Tours start at the Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word at the corner of East Avenue and Goodman Street every fifteen minutes between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th. The tour lasts about one hour.
Advance tickets are $22 full price / $15 for members (become a member HERE!), with a small processing charge. Tickets for specific tour times can be purchased online using the button below starting Tuesday, October 1st. Tickets are also available in-person at our ticket partner Parkleigh (215 Park Ave.), but all tickets sold there are general admission (not associated with a specific tour time), and those holding these tickets may have a significant wait time when they arrive for the event to join the next available tour; members should be prepared to present their member card for the member discount at Parkleigh. Tickets at the door, if available, will be $25 for all.
Note that tickets will not be available for in-person purchase or pickup at The Landmark Society’s offices this year due to ongoing construction: those purchasing tickets online or by phone should plan to pick them up when they arrive for the tour at the Lutheran Church.
