Bero-Howk Internship Applications Now Open

Calling all architecture students with a passion for historic preservation! We are accepting applications for this year’s summer internship, now entering its fifteenth year in partnership with Bero Architecture.

Established in 2010, this internship provides a specialized historic preservation experience for a qualified architectural intern. During their time in Rochester, the intern will be involved in preservation architecture and planning work at Bero Architecture and preservation advocacy and educational programming at The Landmark Society.

Applications will be accepted until February 14th, with a decision provided by March 14th.

YUPs Happy Hour!

Whether you’re currently part of the Young Urban Preservationists or would like to learn more about the group, all are welcome. Attendees can engage with other Rochester-area historic preservation lovers, learn about upcoming YUPS programs and events, network with professionals, and more. Plus, all attendees can enter a drawing to win TWO free tickets to the Landmark Society’s 2025 Home and Garden Tour! Free to attend – come meet the YUPS, enjoy a drink, and see Cheshire’s beautiful new space which opened on South Clinton in 2023!

NEW Christmas in Vermont Tour

Calling all Sound of Music fans! Christmas 2025 may feel far away, but we are ready for our newest tour.
