The Hoyt-Potter House
133 South Fitzhugh Street
Rochester, New York
716-546-2079

This magnificent c. 1840 Greek Revival mansion in Rochester's historic Corn Hill neighborhood, saved from almost certain demolition, has been rehabilitated as Landmark Society headquarters. The building also houses our education center (library and meeting room) and the Landmark Collection. The Wenrich Memorial Library in the Hoyt-Potter House is a community asset of unparalleled importance. One of the finest collections in this region of materials on architecture, preservation, horticulture, local history and decorative arts; and photos, slides, drawings and architectural surveys of our area's landmarks. Research in the library is by appointment.
